It often starts with something small: a tool that could work better, a piece of code I want to understand, or a scene I cannot quite let go of. Write it down. Try it out. Keep working if it has something; change direction if it does not.
This site is taking shape in the same way. There is room here for unfinished thoughts, small discoveries, and the ordinary things that turn out to be worth noticing.
